A week of sensory exploration on land, in the water, and under the sea will bring your mind and body together.

We can certify you in three days as part of the retreat, so no diving experience is needed to enjoy this unforgettable experience.Everyone from seasoned yogis to beginners can participate! In this 8-day yoga & diving retreat, you'll learn the basics of yoga and how it can enhance your diving and breathing skills. It's great for both seasoned yogis and those just starting out on their yoga journey. Classes are taught by a certified yoga instructor and are open to yogis of all experience levels. Yoga lessons are led by an experienced yoga teacher and are suitable to yogis of all levels. Guests can participate in unlimited yoga classes that last between 30 and 90 minutes and include an introduction, breathing exercises, warm-up, standing and seating sequence, and meditation. Onboard Deep Roots' boat, Soulshine, diving is led in small groups by an SSI Dive Master or instructor. Dive sites are chosen based on weather and current conditions, as well as the skill level of the divers participating.
