Our hands-on cooking class offers two menu options — Regular Menu featuring Chicken Sate, Pepes Ikan, and Dadar Gulung, or Vegetarian Menu featuring Tempeh Satay, Gado-Gado Roll, and Dadar Gulung — allowing you to choose the experience that suits your taste.

Regular Menu:
- Chicken Sate: Master the art of crafting tender and flavourful chicken skewers, grilled to perfection and served with aromatic sambal matah.
- Pepes Ikan: Discover the unique technique of wrapping fish in banana leaves with a blend of Balinese spices, resulting in a fragrant and succulent dish.
- Dadar Gulung: Delight in the sweet taste of coconut-infused pancakes, rolled with a delicious palm sugar filling, a beloved Balinese dessert.

Vegetarian Menu 
- Tempeh Satay: a traditional Indonesian dish featuring seasoned, skewered, and grilled tempeh, often paired with a rich and flavourful peanut sauce. 
- Gado Gado Roll: a fresh and wholesome twist on the classic Indonesian salad—rolled up and perfect for dipping in creamy peanut sauce. 
- Dadar Gulung
